Finnick TGS is the product of both proven Grand Prix dressage and jumper horses. His sire, the famous "Black Pearl" Olympic Ferro needs no introduction, while his damsire, the versatile Russian Trakehner Oskar II began his career as a successful jumper and then transitioned to a GP dressage career after being imported to the United States. Kovington, sire of the second dam, campaigned through FEI PSG. This line of Trakehners descends fro the prolific stallion Enrico Caruso (Kostalony, Gribaldi, and Totilas to name just a few). The Trakehner stallion Saxon, who was an alternate for the British Eventing team before becoming a GP dressage horse, rounds out Finnick's robust performance pedigree. In addition to contributing generations of performance to his offspring, Finnick TGS will pass on his outstanding temperament, type, strong topline and hind leg.
